Fats Domino, Architect Of Rock 'N' Roll, Dead At 89

The rhythm-and-blues legend who became one of the progenitors of rock 'n' roll — and reportedly sold more than 65 million records along the way — died Tuesday.

Fats Domino was on of the very few that legitimately shaped what we call rock n roll.He also seemed like a very good guy. It always amazed me that he, Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis and Little Richard were all around well into the the 21st century. There must have been something about pioneering rock n roll. In fact, I am going to see Jerry Lee next month!
