Bottom line: Obama/Kerry plan to remove the UN sanctions on Iran, reach a non-binding deal with Iran that gives it a paved road to a nuclear bomb without legal enforcement of Iran's obligations under any deal, and then present Congress with the prospect of keeping sanctions when no other country in the world is keeping them or approve the deal.
