Swiss court rules that Nazi salute may be 'personal statement', not racism

Switzerland's federal tribunal argues that gesture made in public is a crime only if it is being used to spread racist ideology

Once again, we the special kind of "logic" that has allowed a resurgence of public antisemitism in Europe. Is there EVER a time when it isn't intended to spread "racism"? The bottom line is that the Swiss courts wanted to give these low lifes an out.
